Most of the windows are newer double pane windows and the remaining ones have storm window coverings. The pressure tank and pit are on one of the pastures and is covered and fenced. The buried main water and power line was replaced 2 years ago and the overhead power was repaired last year. New outside lights and switches and outlets were added on that job. The lot is located 4 miles from Highway 71 and is between Gering and Kimball Neb. Highway 71 is a divided highway in both directions, which makes travel to town or to Interstate Highway 80 very easy. This could be a good location for a horse motel.

  • The barn is a steel 30x60ft. Cleary building with 5 horse stalls and an enclosed insulated tack room. The airplane hanger is 42x30ft. with a middle cement floor and big sliding doors a great place to store hay. There are 2 run in sheds. One is 36x14ft. and divided into 2 stalls and the other is 20x14ft. In the back of the lot is a 2 stall shed used mainly for more hay and a covered area from the weather for horses. One of the paddocks has a 60 ft. round pen. The pastures are large and most of the fencing is with posts and panels. We have added many new gates to various areas.
