• Hay Barn - Oversized height barn for stacking hay safely with proper ventilation. Overhangs on 2 sides allowing for storage, holding areas for horses to be worked, overnight boarders, quarantine pens, or cattle. Gutters on 2 sides of hay barn with water collection systems for fire suppression or watering animals.
• Barn - Top of line Prefert stalls – 8 indoor stalls, 16 outdoor stalls. Underground plumbing for automatic water. Two indoor standpipes as well as three outdoor standpipes for easy access to water. Supreme performance footing that’s been developed over 15 years, yielding the ideal composition of naturally present clay/silt soil combined with added fine white arena sand. Footing is compatible with high velocity training and events such as cattle work, roping, and barrel racing. Generous space around the arena to add training round pens, roping chutes, cattle holding pens, obstacle courses with natural terrain.
