This ranch was developed as our “forever” place, thus there are many upgrades not normally seen, especially in the basics and infrastructure. Call for the details sheet. Health issues, however, have required us to stop breeding and showing my wife’s prized show horses.

This excellent horse facility sits on 38.36 acres that has all the basics PLUS. Horse amenities include a 100' W x 200' L x 18' H lighted covered arena. There are 2 barns; the first barn is attached to the arena with 12 oversized stalls, covered 12' aisle-way, tack room, wash / vet rack with hot water, and hay shelter.
