  • -Architect design by Beau Graffin and build by Luxury Home Builder, LaBlonde Development. The home was built in 1996. The home is owned by the original owner who had it designed specifically for the cowboy way of life with an emphasis on training horses, dogs and driving teams. The location was selected for the close proximity to the access of the McDowell Regional Park Preserve 330 feet from the park access where you can ride , hike or bike for hundreds of miles.
  • The home is in the City of Scottsdale and has trash and recycle service. Water is from the owned well and has a septic system for waste water. Propane 500 gallon tank is owned.
