  • The seller personally built most of this home over the course of 10 years. He is very familiar with all aspects of its construction. He has a conscience, complete set of digital photos from foundation to roofing, electrical, plumbing, and interior completion. He used only top-quality materials. He designed and built the home to be comfortable in the coldest of Wyoming winters, and summers.
  • Foundation – Slab on grade raised above natural earth approximately 18 inches. Under the slab is 8-inch thick high density foam. Poured using 8-bag mix concrete with glass fiber reinforcement.
