• Built in 2002, the main house has just over 2,000 square feet of finished living space. The main level features an open concept with tall wooden ceilings, giant hand-crafted wooden beams and a stone fireplace. Enjoy a breathtaking Kansas sunset from the back balcony on the main level. From here you can see nature at its finest along with tons of wildlife. The fully finished walk-out basement consists of the master bedroom and bathroom complete with double sinks and heated floors. There is also a small garage accessible from the basement.
• “Snow Goose Lodge” was built at the highest point overlooking Jamestown Wildlife Refuge and the Sportsman’s Lake Marsh. The lodge was built in 2009. It consists of 2,030 square feet of finished living space and includes 3 spacious bedrooms that each have their own private bathroom. There is also a loft overlooking the Great Room that also has its own bathroom. The Great Room has tall wooden ceilings and a magnificent stone fireplace. The lodge is decorated to perfection making it very accommodating to all guests.
• The “bunkhouse” is yet another highlight of the property. It is a very popular overnight destination for travelers and guests. The bunkhouse can sleep 2-3 people and comes complete with a kitchenette, a full bathroom and lots of storage space underneath the living quarters.
• The property is highlighted by a large outbuilding that includes the following:
• 40×40 shop. Has a concrete floor and insulated.
• 20×40 wood working shop.
• 16×19 gym. Includes all exercise equipment.
• 16×6 full bathroom.
• 26×21 two car garage.
• 26×21 office. Includes a wood burning stove, built-in desk, kitchenette with mini fridge and mini freezer, on demand water heater, built-in book shelves, window seats with underneath storage and a hidden door leading into the garage.

• Upon entry to this amazing property you drive through a beautifully built bridge measuring 80 feet long. There is a massive clock tower on top of the bridge that lights up at night. The bridge and clock tower are well-known around the area and seem to be a local landmark.
• The property is on rural water, propane and 4 separate septic systems. The property also has fiber optic cable (high speed internet and tv).

Lot Features

• The entire property consists of 48 +/- acres. The western portion of the property consists of roughly 33 acres of tillable land that borders the Jamestown Wildlife Refuge Area. There are 15 acres planted to grass and 18 acres planted to corn. The tillable acreage is a hotspot for all kinds of wildlife including whitetail deer and turkeys.

Horse Facility Features

• The property has tremendous potential to be a wonderful horse property. There is plenty of acreage to use for horses and livestock as the tillable acreage could be fenced off and used as grazing land.
