The Land: The extensive coverage and impeccably maintained internal road system allows you to traverse this diverse tract. A wide driveway takes you up a scenic hill, allowing you to enjoy some amazing views. This lets you see some open pastureland and a large established dove field. Some internal woods roads carry you down in the timber, with hardwood stands and mixed pine/hardwood stands, including a diverse staggered aged planted loblolly pines. Coupled with 500 sawtooth oaks,100 persimmon, and 50 Chestnut trees strategically planted throughout the property for wildlife habitat. Several smaller bowhunting or hidey-hole food plots are strategically placed throughout the property.
