Cascade Meadow Ranch is one of the premier horse communities in Central Oregon, and its equestrian facilities are available to members of the homeowners' association and their guests. A separate parking area is provided for horse trailers, and a large hay barn accommodates feed storage. Cascade Meadow Ranch is a fully developed, well-established community. The remaining 310 acres of the property, and its improvements, are owned and maintained by the homeowners' association, which employs a full-time resident manager and a part-time hand who also lives on the ranch. The result is a tranquil, low-density, low-traffic environment where families can enjoy peace of mind while experiencing the best of Central Oregon. Know your horses are cared for while you travel. Established in 1984 on 360 acres of Ponderosa Pine Forest and meadows, the ranch offers spectacular views and abundant opportunities to enjoy nature. Its well-designed common-area amenities include a clubhouse, pickleball and tennis courts, a gazebo, lake, pond, entry gate and fully fenced perimeter. Nearly four miles of well-maintained asphalt roads run through Cascade Meadow Ranch, providing the perfect surface for walking, jogging, or biking. Uncovered parking space is set aside for RVs, trailers, boats, etc., and an 18-bay-storage shelter is available to members of the homeowners' association, as well.
