It is a 268 acre parcel of land bordered on the south by 4200 feet of Swift Creek, with a canal positioned midway, which can be used for irrigation or other water uses. A mix of pines and hardwoods make up half the property, with plenty of habitat for wildlife including deer, turkey, dove, quail and ducks. Situated in a farming area, the rich soil is perfect for pasture land, growing hay or even sunflowers for dove hunts! The open fields provide beautiful evening sunsets.
