There is also a 2165 square foot stable building with four stalls, wash, tack room, and attached 671 square foot apartment.
Richland Chambers Reservoir is owned by The Tarrant Regional Water District and is a secondary supply of drinking water for Tarrant County residents. The lake is approximately 45,000 acres and holds more than 40 billion acre feet of water when at capacity. The property surrounding the lake is 100% zoned and deed restricted, so there are no “bad areas” on the lake. There are 2 marinas on the Dallas side of the lake, Oak Cove and South Point. The North Side of the lake is primarily in Navarro County. Because the lakefront areas are deed restricted and the lake is so large, there is very little boat traffic on the lake, even on holidays. The lake is stocked with Hybrid Bass and Sand Bass annually, and also is a good lake for Crappie, Black Bass and Catfish, including Blue Catfish, Yellow Catfish and Channel Catfish which lived in the depths of Richland Creek and Chambers Creek before they were dammed to create the lake.
The property includes 19 lots totaling 53.44 Acres. The main house, guest house, stables, and horse property are located on 11.92 acres.
Exclusions: Fixtures remain, Tractor, ATVs, yard tools, mowers and jet skis remain. Furniture is open to negotiation.
