Property description
This home, listed by Andrea Andrews at Compass Rose Realty, nestled on 27 +/- acres and adjacent to many more miles of unowned and unoccupied land. There are many trails for horse riding, ATV-ing, hiking or dog walking. The main trails are well established and quite wide. Some are gravel/dirt and others are natural sand. Other, smaller trails branch off of these trails. These smaller trails, while more rugged, are still suitable for horse riding and hiking. There is a wide path from the barn to the trails making access to the trails very easy. The grounds include a circle drive, storm shelter, and a wired, heated and cooled shop. One side of the shop has a carport while the other side has another covered area for additional storage. Both are possible areas for hay storage. There is a turn-around near the barn for trailers which could also be used for a round pen, a metal carport near the barn for storing farm equipment or hay and an overhanging room on the side of the barn for hay storage. We guestimate that about 25% to 33% of the 27 +/- acres that come with the house has been cleared. The remaining acerage has been left to Mother Nature who has wisely populated the land by including native dogwood, wild blackberries, persimmon trees, yellow crocus, oak trees, hickory trees, and verious coniferous trees. The rolling hills of the terraine provide picturesque seasonal views of Diamond Lake
