Hibernia Park, Marsh Creek and French Creek are a very short trailer ride away with miles of trails. If you like to Fox Hunt, there are number of Hunt Clubs and Farmer Packs nearby to hunt with. If you like to show, there is the Ludwig Corner shows and Devon shows along with others in Berks and Chester County. If you enjoy 3-Day Eventing you are close to Cheshire/Unionville and Fair Hill for world class cross country courses. There are several local riding & driving clubs to join as well. If you have 4-H interests, the center is down the road. If you are an instructor you can access most of Chester County with a short drive to your students or they to you. If you are or have a student of jumping or dressage, many quality instructors are in the area. Many excellent veterinarians and blacksmiths work in this area also.

Horse Facility Features

  • This 6.6-acre horse farmette was purchased in 1995. Once purchased we cleared a good portion of the property and relocated the driveway to the most level part of the property versus the steepest. This allowed up to have a in and out driveway to accommodate large horse trailers. We built the 48’ X 36’ Lester Barn with 4 stalls and potential to add extra stalls. The stalls are high-quality tongue and groove boards with heavy steel grate bars and easy moving stall doors. A tongue and groove Kick-board wall surrounds the entire inside of the barn. We installed split rail fencing around most of the paddocks and have been recently replaced with new rails.
