The following are all repairs, replacements, remodels, etc.... that the sellers have done to the property since purhaseing on 7/21/2020:

In the home: The sellers removed the old non-working attached garage doors and replaced them with 2 new garage doors in 2020, replaced the 2 exterior doors in the laundry room with new ones, replaced the French doors in the dining room with new ones, and they replaced the old window in the kitchen with a new one. They remodeled the kitchen by removing the double oven against the wall with the microwave above them and replaced that area with a new stove/oven with a hood range and put the microwave on the counter next to the fridge. They removed the stove range from the middle of the kitchen island and replaced it with tile to be an actual island workspace in the middle of the kitchen. They removed the old fruit style tiled backsplash in the kitchen and replaced it with new white subway tile backsplash. They replaced the light fixture in the kitchen and the one in the dining room with new light fixtures and replaced the exterior light fixtures with new ones. All the flooring downstairs, except in the kitchen, was changed to luxury vinyl plank flooring. The laundry room was completely renovated from top to bottom. Sellers had the closet, the upper cabinetry, the lower cabinetry, and the laundry chute removed to add more space in the laundry room. They had beadboard placed on all the walls and painted it all white. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was laid in the laundry room as well. Sellers added a tall white cabinet and a large white bottom cabinet with a countertop in the laundry room. Sellers had the ceiling in the laundry room completely redone properly after the laundry chute, closet, and top cabinets were removed. Washer and dryer in laundry room and washer in attached garage will convey. Sellers had the living room, dining room, and kitchen walls painted. Sellers added whole home air purifying systems to both lower and upper HVAC units.
Detached garage: Both detached garage doors were replaced with new ones in 2022.
6-Stall Barn: Sellers have replaced several 2x8 barn stall boards due to rotten wood from old termite damage. Sellers replaced each stall fan with new high powered fans. They also remodeled the half bathroom inside the feed room and replaced the flooring in feed room. Sellers added fridge in feed room that will convey.
RV/Trailer Enclosure: All new electrical ran since the electric wasn’t working when sellers purchased.
Haybarn: Added a new utility garage door.
Fencing, Gates, & Lean-tos: Sellers replaced, repaired, and added new fencing throughout the property, added new gates throughout the pastures, added a wireless gate access, and built 2 lean-tos in the pastures.
Open Arena: Sellers paid $10,000 to repair and replace the dilapidated open arena’s retaining wall.
