2. To register, your must request a registration package & turn it in via email by 3 pm Thursday, July 30th.
3. Come with your certified funds for deposit on auction day. This will be checked at the gate, if you "forget", you will be turned away, even if you filled out the registration package.
4. A one percent (1%) participation fee will be paid from the High Bid to any properly registered and licensed Broker/Sales Associate and whose client is the purchaser at the Auction and whose client completes the purchase of the Property.
